Our climate-controlled farm shop is stocked every single day with what the farm produces. You'll find fresh seasonal produce, small-batch hot sauces, candied peppers, and pepper powders alongside chicken and duck eggs when available. The freezer carries farm-fresh whole duck and chicken, processed by hand right here on the property. The apothecary section is stocked with oils, butters, tinctures, and salves made entirely from herbs grown on the farm. No outsourcing, no middlemen.
